9 samples have regular black spots (spots)
possible causes of failure:
(1) the photoconductor on the surface of the photosensitive drum is broken down or has damage points
(2) the ionization film of the charging roller is damaged
(3) there are damage points on the fluorine film on the surface of the fusing roller (the defect color is slightly light)
general maintenance method:
(1) observe the test sample. If the distance between the black spots is the circumference of the photosensitive drum, there are generally three black spots with the same cycle in the longitudinal direction of A4 paper. First check whether there is damage or toner adhesion on the surface of the photosensitive drum. If so, clean it with alcohol. If the black spot on the test sample is found to be a very round black spot, it must be that the photoconductive layer on the surface of the drum has been broken down. For this fault, only the photosensitive drum can be replaced. However, before charging, clean the charging electrode wire (charging roller) to prevent ignition and re breakdown of the photosensitive drum during charging
(2) if the cycle of the black spot is equal to the circumference of the charging roller, the charging roller can be cleaned or replaced
(3) if the cycle of the black spot is equal to the circumference of the transfer roller, the transfer roller can be cleaned or replaced

(2) the waste pink check piece in the selenium drum assembly is deformed or damaged
(3) toner white leakage powder
general maintenance methods:
(1) check whether there is caking in the toner, so that larger toner particles are absorbed by the photosensitive drum, resulting in the formation of black spots during transfer and fixing. The solution is to replace the toner
(2) for the selenium drum assembly with waste powder collection bin, please check whether the check piece of waste powder bin is deformed or damaged, and if so, repair or replace it. The function of the check sheet is to prevent the waste powder in the drum from leaking onto the printing paper after the residual toner after the drum transfer is collected into the waste powder bin by the drum cleaning scraper. Like the cleaning scraper, it clings to the surface of the photosensitive drum. If the check piece is deformed or damaged, it cannot play the sealing role of collecting waste powder, so that the toner leaked to the printing paper forms irregular black spots on the page
(3) check the selenium drum assembly for powder leakage. The method is to take out the selenium drum assembly and tap it gently. If there is toner leakage, please find out the leakage point and then stop the leakage with adhesive

If the black line is horizontal and the spacing is the circumference of the photosensitive drum, generally there are three black lines with the same cycle in the longitudinal direction of A4 paper, it indicates that the photosensitive drum may have local horizontal scratches, which requires replacement of the photosensitive drum. If it is a longitudinal black line, it indicates that there may be longitudinal scratches on the surface of the drum. First check whether there is scratch on the surface of the drum. If there is no scratch on the drum, it may be that the edge of the drum or the magnetic roller scraper is defective, which needs to be replaced. Sometimes, the surface coating of the magnetic roller is scratched, and longitudinal black lines can also appear
(2) if the period of the horizontal black line is equal to the circumference of the fusing hot roller, check whether there is scratch on the surface of the fusing roller. This fault may be caused by scratching the hot roller when removing the paper jam with tweezers. The solution can only be to replace the hot roller
(3) there are many irregular black lines in the horizontal direction of the whole page, which may be caused by the wear of the main drive gear of the printer with dynamic light drum rotation, which makes the photosensitive drum shake when rotating. The solution is to replace the main drive gear of the printer

possible causes of failure:
(1) aging of drum cleaning scraper
(2) the surface temperature of the hot roll is low or the pressure of the rubber roll is insufficient
(3) the fluorine film on the surface of the hot roller is worn, and a lot of toner melts are adhered to the surface
general maintenance method:
the page has a secondary duplicate image vertically. This is because the image in the first cycle is not completely cleared. How to solve the problem? In the second cycle, it is transferred to the printing paper
(1) observe the test sample. If the secondary duplicate image is accompanied by bottom ash, it can be judged that the photosensitive drum scraper is aging, especially the scraper that is reused for many times. Please replace or clean the drum scraper
(2) check whether the fusing temperature of the hot roller meets the standard (the fusing temperature is too high or too low). If a lot of foreign matters adhere to the surface of the thermistor, resulting in temperature control failure, the foreign matters on the surface of the thermistor can be removed. When the coating on the thermistor is damaged, the thermistor should be replaced
(3) if the test sample has a secondary duplicate image, the bottom ash is not serious, and the temperature of the hot roll is normal, it may be that the surface of the hot roll is seriously polluted. Open the fusing assembly and clean the heating roller. When cleaning the heating roller, do not scrape it with a hard object with a blade to prevent scratching the fluorine film on the surface of the heating roller. It is better to turn off the printer power, and it is easier to wipe it with solvent (alcohol or acetone) while it is hot, and then clean it with silicone oil once, which has a curing effect on the facial mask of the heating roller surface. The heating roller is a part to be replaced regularly. If the surface of the heating roller is seriously worn and the phenomenon of toner adhering to the heating roller often occurs, the temperature control components (including thermistor and thermal protection switch) should be replaced at the same time<2.7 curve point by point traversal function: click on the force and deformation value on the curve with the mouse/p>
